Acceptance of Terms
By entering our casino premises, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the "Agreement"). If you do not accept the Agreement, please leave our premises immediately.

You must be at least 19 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to enter our casino premises or participate in gaming activities. We reserve the right to request proof of age and identity from any individual we reasonably believe may not meet this requirement.
Gaming Rules
We operate under the laws and regulations governing casinos in British Columbia, Canada. All gaming activities must be conducted in accordance with these rules and procedures, as well as those outlined in our game-specific rules posted on-site or online.
Liability Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any losses, damages, or injuries arising from your participation in gaming activities at our premises or online (if applicable). This disclaimer applies to both direct and indirect losses, as well as consequential losses including but not limited to loss of business profits.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms must be brought before a court having jurisdiction within that province.
Changes to the Agreement
We reserve the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Your continued participation in gaming activities signifies your acceptance of such changes.
Limitation on Claims
Under no circumstances will we accept claims for compensation beyond 24 months from the date a potential issue arose, unless otherwise agreed upon by us and you in writing.
Complete Agreement
This Agreement represents the complete understanding between you and our casino regarding any matter arising out of or related to gaming activities at our premises (or online platform if applicable). It supersedes all previous agreements whether oral or written, except where we have explicitly stated otherwise in these Terms and Conditions.
